I am a homeowner in this community acting independently to collect and organize information from other homeowners who have experienced construction, warranty, repair, or recurring issues with their homes. The purpose of this private project is to better understand whether similar conditions are affecting multiple homes, identify recurring patterns, and maintain an organized record of homeowner experiences, repairs, professional findings, and supporting documentation. This is not affiliated with D.R. Horton, an HOA, a law firm, or any other organization.
